Experience the best mountain bike trail riding the BVRT region has to offer.
Combining the BVRT with the Allery Trail and Rohlmann's track, this guided ride is a challenging combination of the BVRT with rutted forestry tracks, gravel roads, some asphalt, and an old historic track down an open ridge with spectacular views, starting and finishing in Linville.
There are some steep climbs, but the good news is that after we gain height up to Benarkin on the BVRT, it's mostly downhill.
Moderate mountain biking skills and fitness essential. One section is extreme for a couple of hundred metres, but can be walked. Suitable for mountain bikes and gravel bikes only. e-MTBs welcome.
Why not make a week-end of it? Free camping available in Linville and comfortable accomodation available at the Linville pub and Rail Trail Refuge.
Meet in the Linville station area opposite the Linville pub.
Registration $30 to cover insurance and admin costs.
