Blackbutt Avocado Festival Ride

Join us for a fun-filled day at the Blackbutt Avocado Festival Ride! Hop on your bikes from the Linville Station (Opp. Linville Hotel) for a ride up the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail to Blackbutt where the avofest is a day of avocado-themed adventures. From scenic rides through the Blackbutt Range to delicious avocado treats, this event is perfect for avocado lovers of all ages. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to celebrate everyone's favorite green fruit! After the festivities, we will meet and roll back down the range together to Linville.

This ride is suitable for MTBs, gravel bikes and hybrids. E-bikes suitable for off-road cycling are welcome

For the safety of participants, BVRT Users Association reserves the right to postpone or cancel this event if there are any safety concerns such as bad weather, bushfires, etc.

Please bring a basic tool kit including puncture repair kit and spare inner tube (unless tubeless) and a basic first aid kit, including a snake bite bandage and know how to use it (plenty of YouTube videos).

Participation in this event is entirely at your own risk. We recommend membership of an organisation such as Bicycle Queensland that includes public liability and accident insurance or having your own accident and public liability insurance.

Mountain biking and trail riding can be dangerous activities - registration and participation in this event is an acknowledgement that you have read and fully accept our terms and conditions and that the organisers will not be held liable for any accident you may have, regardless of the circumstances.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel or postpone this ride in the event of adverse weather conditions, bush fires, or other such factors that could affect the safety of participants.
